New Mexican restaurant opens in Egg Harbor Township

Egg Harbor Township, NJ – A new Mexican eatery has just opened its doors in Egg Harbor Township. Located at 6100 Black Horse Pike Unit 4, Taqueria Michoacan has so far opened to positive reviews. This restaurant offers an extensive menu including breakfast dishes such as chilaquiles and huevos con jamon, as well as Mexican soups.

Elsewhere, the main menu includes classics such as nachos, tacos, and quesadillas. Overall, it’s pretty standard stuff and exactly what you’d expect when dining at a Mexican. The prices range from $5-$20, depending on the side of the order but generally speaking, this is one of the more affordable Mexican options in New Jersey. The menu can be seen in detail here. As well as serving takeaway, the opening hours of Taqueria Michoacan are 9 AM – 9 PM daily.

Interestingly, this opening has coincided with a new study that shows more than 1 in 10 US restaurants serve Mexican food. Despite being on the East Coast, it looks as though New Jersey residents can’t get enough of it either, as Taqueria Michoacan is one of many in the area.

This may be because Mexican cuisine is known for its bold flavors, vibrant colors, and diverse range of dishes, from tacos and burritos to enchiladas and quesadillas. This diversity of flavors and ingredients makes Mexican food appealing to a wide range of palates, and it’s often considered comfort food in the United States.
