The Mount Vernon Township High School Board of Education will convene a series of special meetings as follows:


  1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
  2. Roll Call
  3. Public Input, Staff Input, and Board Input
  4. Executive Session (Closed Session) – Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9) for discussion of student disciplinary cases.
  5. Action Items Following Closed Session
  6. Action Items:
    • A. Approval of Proposed Oehm Scholarship Winners
    • B. First Reading – Board Policy 7:40
  7. Executive Session (Closed Session) – Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) for the appointment, employment compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific District employees.
  8. Adjournment

Please note that the agenda for the Wednesday, April 3rd and Thursday, April 4th meetings will follow a similar format, with Executive Sessions focused on personnel matters as outlined in 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
