Sushi restaurant enjoys successful soft opening in Boston

BOSTON, MA – This week, a new sushi restaurant enjoyed a successful soft opening in Boston. Here, Shyun Washoku invited diners to try out their array of authentic Japanese Sushi dishes. Located at 32 Cambridge St, Charlestown, the name may sound similar as this was formerly named Shyun Washoku Boston.

So far, the eatery has a 5/5 rating online with a number of happy customers. Its most recent review was left by a local named Jacob Fiksel who wrote: ‘We had an incredible experience at the Tokyo Downtown Sushi Club soft opening. Super intimate, and we had a lot of fun talking with Youji as he made each piece of sushi. The sushi was very high quality, with a mix of local, European, and Japanese fish. My favorite piece was probably the salmon with paper-thin daikon and trout roe, but we really enjoyed each piece. Definitely check this out before it’s too hard to get a reservation!’

Over the years, Boston’s sushi scene has grown massively, with this being the latest addition. Here it joins the likes of Douzo and Irashai as the city continues its craving for the Japanese delicacy.

This was accompanied by a number of photos that highlight the amount of precision going into each individual piece, which look garnished to perfection. Currently, the restaurant has yet to have its grand opening, but when it does its hours will be 6:30 – 9 PM daily aside from weekends when it is closed. Shyun Washoku also does takeaways and is also available for private events.
