At the core of Miami and Miami Beach is a commitment to diversity, and this campaign is designed to enrich the experiences of LGBTQ+ guests with a variety of distinct events and special offers throughout the spring. Following the remarkable achievement of its debut in 2023, which saw over 27,000 reservations by LGBTQ+ tourists from the U.S., efforts are now being directed to attract visitors from international locales, including Toronto, London, Mexico City, and São Paulo. Axel Beach Miami and Hotel Gaythering, both LGBTQ+ owned establishments in Miami Beach, are highlights of the program, hosting a range of activities such as karaoke, trivia, bingo, martini nights, and sports gatherings.

Greater Miami and Miami Beach offer a dynamic selection of LGBTQ+ activities and events all year, with this spring introducing varied experiences to appeal to the entire LGBTQ+ community:

  • The Winter Party Festival (February 28 – March 5) is a yearly queer music festival that brings together the LGBTQ+ community for a celebration of diversity and unity across Greater Miami and Miami Beach.
  • Miami Beach Pride (April 5 – 14) presents ten consecutive days of events, from rooftop movie screenings to pool parties and exclusive VIP gatherings.
  • The OUTshine LGBTQ+ Film Festival (April 18 – 28), the foremost LGBTQ+ film festival in Greater Miami and Miami Beach, showcases works by both new and seasoned LGBTQ+ filmmakers.
  • SweetHeat (May 14 – 20), a renowned Pride event designed by and for women, marks its 16th anniversary with a series of events across South Beach, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami.
  • Sizzle Miami (May 24 – 26), a much-anticipated urban celebration, offers an array of daytime and nightlife activities. This year, to celebrate its 21st anniversary, the organizers are launching a new Sizzle Miami Beach Festival.
